Are the gemstones natural or synthetic?
We clearly label natural stones, cultured pearls, and simulated stones on product pages. Natural stones may have slight variations in color and texture, which is normal.
How long will it take to process my order?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to other countries at this time.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
